Glossary
This page will explain some of the terms we use regularly. These terms are quite obvious, but still… just make sure you know what we’re talking about.
App (In-Game App)
An application that is a part of the in-game Appstore, represented by a button and a window. Apps can be added and removed via the in-game Appstore.
Button
An icon in Overwolf’s “More Apps” screen which opens a window when clicked on.
Dock (the Dock)
The main hub, the thing that sticks to the side, the one with the big icon… get it?!
Game Overlayed
A game in which Overwolf’s apps are currently displayed. This will happen automatically for supported games, when the game is in focus.
KAIGOS
Overwolf’s Kick-Ass-In-Game-Operating-System. Nuff said.
Supported Game
Running Game
The game that the user is currently playing.
